Responsibilities

• Respond and track all assigned internet leads. Exceed our client's expectations by being knowledgeable, answering all of their questions, and having the ability to utilize all of the software programs and apps that we have to help provide with customer with a 5 Star experience from the moment you pick up the phone.
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstration of vehicles
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Understand and explain to customers our one-price philosophy and the benefits of getting our best price up-front
• Follow-up with purchasers to ensure satisfaction and seek positive reviews as well as referral business
• Report directly to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your "A" game and positive attitude with You every day

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience as an Internet Manager
• Five (5) years of CRM experience. Familiarity with DealerPeak is a Plus!
• Ability to work 100 or more leads a month
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning a multi-brand inventory
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers (phone, email and text)
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
