The New Property Launch Concierge is responsible for ensuring the home-based technology needs of clients within new launch properties, by conducting in-home, in-person surveys at assigned properties as well as recommending additional services based on customer’s needs or desires within an assigned local territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure new property launch customers are receiving bulk services and review existing services to suggest upgrades or additional products such as security and home automation.
- Obtain orders or contracts for services that will be paid by the client or customer.
- Attend and be regularly engaged on-site in customers’ homes and other community-based locations.
- Identify upselling opportunities by targeting residential prospects in assigned community events, evaluating their needs, and selling solutions for those needs.
- Participate in setting targeted community sales & product strategy by remaining current on competitive offers, industry trends, and market activities.
- Provide feedback to enhance sales processes.
- Maintain quality service by selling appropriate solutions in keeping with Company’s standards and identified revenue and penetration objectives.
- Maintain product and technical knowledge by engaging in group discussions, attending weekly sales meetings, and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal relationships and embracing best practices.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Customer service experience along with a working understanding of VOIP, LAN, TCP/IP, Alcatel, Cisco, ZTE, Video on Demand, Fiber Optics and IPTV
- Ability and flexibility for overnight and domestic travel up to 80%.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays and travel up to 80% as required by business needs.
- Working knowledge of related disciplines in customer support operations, i.e. Launch Operations, Call Center, Field Operations, Telecommunications and Network Operations.
- Passion for technology and home automation

- Must have active clean, non-restricted, state issued driver’s license in assigned state.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
