Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine – (Post Acute Care) – Tucson, AZ

Compensation & Benefits:
- $262K–$314K+ with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing care management
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain timely documentation and quality standards
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Arizona license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
- Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience welcomed
