About Us:
At Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse, we bring smoked classics, craft cocktails, and warm hospitality together in a lively, upscale-casual setting. Our Shea location is looking for enthusiastic Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and make them feel welcome.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations from our menu, including smoked favorites and seasonal features.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Check in during service to guarantee guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly.
- Present checks, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Support teammates and assist with side work to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of serving experience (required); prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
- Accuracy in handling money and operating a POS system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Setting:
- Upscale casual smokehouse & bar atmosphere.
- Fast-paced and guest-focused with a strong team dynamic.
Schedule:
- Weekday and weekend shifts available.
- Weekend availability required.
