Quality Technician, Residential Energy Operations

• Identify failures, capture photographic evidence, and generate detailed audit reports through process and product audits
• Review audit findings with installation teams and leadership on-site or during team meetings, coaching best practices to address inefficiencies
• Provide installation solutions and serve as a key resource for field teams with advanced product and installation expertise
• Perform minor rework on jobsites and create rework cases for significant repairs as needed
• Stay informed on new products, best practices, and workmanship guidelines by participating in team meetings and mandatory training sessions
• Foster a safety-focused culture through accountability systems and recognition, adhering to state, local, OSHA, and Tesla safety policies
• Demonstrate willingness to travel as required to support regional operations

• Vocational or technical school training, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, solar panel installation, Powerwall, or home electrical disciplines
• Strong understanding of roofing and residential electrical systems
• Knowledge of electrical code preferred
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs with a proactive learning mindset, flexibility, and a go-getter attitude
• Excellent coaching and job management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, tactical thinking, and time management abilities
