Security Generalist Sr./ Luke AFB, AZ - Level 3

As a program security professional at Lockheed Martin, youll safeguard the sensitive information and warfighting capabilities that our citizens and the world depend upon to protect U.S. and ally interests. Here, youll work alongside other program security experts and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, youll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep these exquisite capabilities protected. The Work: This position is located at Luke AFB, AZ and will support F-35 security operations. The position will primarily be assigned to first shift but may require flexibility to work other shifts as dictated by customer requirements to include weekends and other shifts assigned to support mission events. Occasional business travel may be required to include deployment and detachment (TDY) support in arduous or austere locations to support F-35 security operations outside of Luke AFB, AZ. Due to local mission requirements, a Top-Secret clearance may be required in the future. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to: - Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
- Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07
- Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations.
- Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, practices, DoDM 5205, and ICD 705
- Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s.
- Performs classified material management.
- Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media.
- Assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities.
- Operate badging and access control systems.
- Monitor security camera systems.
- Assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections.
- Perform and document vault alarm tests.
- Assist in security inquiries.
- Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center (FTC).
- Other duties as needed by site and security leadership. US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted. Basic Qualifications:
Current security clearance investigation within 5 years from the investigation close date. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access. Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07
Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials. Ability to establish and maintain professional productive relationships with internal and external customers.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment.
Experience working in a military environment.
Knowledge working with the F-35 program security environments.
Experience providing briefings and/or training.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
