Administrative Contract Specialist
Adaptive Workforce Solutions seeks an Administrative Contract Specialist to handle vendor and client contract review processes from start to finish and other office support tasks. You will work full-time at our offices in Gilbert, AZ.
As our Administrative Contract Specialist, you will earn $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your experience, and enjoy the following benefits:

Some of your responsibilities as our Administrative Contract Specialist will include establishing contracts processes and reviewing, analyzing and approving implementation documents. You will also:
- Provide consultation regarding contract language requirements, contracting policies and procedures, resolution of contract issues and administration of contract documents.
- Identify internal workflow and process improvements.
- Send out and manage contracts via PandaDoc.
- Maintain hard copies of all vendor and client contracts.
- Collect, summarize, and analyze contract data.
- Enter and maintain information on a master contract tracking sheet.
- Maintain and update contract templates, forms, and related tracking sheets, when needed.
To qualify for these positions, we require at least one (1) year of contract analysis or paralegal experience and strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
