Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour depending on experience

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of roofing experience

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Tile roofing

  • Shingle systems

  • Foam roofing

  • Metal roofing

  • Walk decks

• Strong understanding of residential and commercial applications

• Ability to diagnose and complete quality repairs and installations

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain multiple roofing systems

• Perform tear-offs and reroof projects

• Ensure roofs are weather-tight and built to last

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel when required

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
