Real Estate Expert: Buyers Specialist

Responsibilities
- Generate business weekly by consistently executing PLACE lead generation systems and converting activities into buyer appointments
- Host at least two open houses per month to connect with prospective clients and showcase listings
- Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide clients to homes that meet their needs
- Write and negotiate offers skillfully on behalf of your buyers to secure the best terms possible
- Deliver a 5-star client experience by maintaining clear communication and providing expert guidance through every stage of the buying process
- Leverage Showing Partner support when needed to cover fieldwork such as property showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and key delivery—ensuring clients are cared for while maximizing your efficiency
- Sharpen your skills through weekly script practice, team activities, coaching sessions, and ongoing training aligned with team standards
- Collaborate with team members including Listing Specialists, Showing Partners, and operations staff to deliver seamless service
- Track all client interactions and activities in PLACE Technology to ensure accuracy, accountability, and consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- Committed to delivering 5-star client experiences that build trust, referrals, and lifelong relationships
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Growth-minded and coachable, eager to learn scripts, dialogues, and proven systems
- Strong at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions that meet client needs
- Confident in prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Licensed real estate professional (or actively pursuing licensure—ask us about our real estate school scholarship)
- Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Prior real estate or sales industry experience preferred, but not required
