- Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store
- Assessing guests needs
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Attaining sales goals
- Communicating about sales and promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

- Knowledge of Resort Suite - training to be provided
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use a cash register
- Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication.
- Previous Retail experience preferred
- High School Education
- 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
- Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds
- Use of ladder and stepladder
- Reaching and bending
- Standing for long periods of time
