Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance an open-source enterprise web framework with a focus on reusability and scalability.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and extensible APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Build reusable cross-platform components and libraries using React and TypeScript.
• Optimize performance across browsers, devices, and server environments.
• Automate builds, testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable releases.
• Review pull requests, identify breaking changes, and uphold code quality standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and direct support to engineering teams using the framework.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Solid experience with DOM manipulation, web standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with modern ECMAScript features and toolchains such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, visual, performance) and building CI workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and document design decisions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Open-source mindset with experience creating reusable libraries or contributing to public projects.
• Preferred: experience architecting high-performance, enterprise-scale applications and prior OSS contributions.
