Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

We’re hiring a General Manager to lead Village Camp Flagstaff, a high-end outdoor resort that operates with the standards and expectations of a boutique hotel. If you love hospitality, thrive in hands-on environments, and want full ownership of a property with huge potential, this is the role.

What You’ll Own:

End-to-end operations of a destination resort.

You’ll oversee lodging, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, activities, retail, and overall brand experience in a fast-growing outdoor hospitality segment.

Your Focus:

• Deliver hotel-level service across cabins, RV sites, clubhouse, bistro & bar, pool/hot tub, and activities

• Drive occupancy, ADR, revenue, and profitability through strong commercial discipline

• Strengthen guest satisfaction and online reputation through consistent standards

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and clear expectations

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence across all amenities

• Partner with corporate on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and long-term strategy

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hotel or resort leadership in a GM position

• Strong grasp of revenue management, service standards, and hospitality operations

• Experience leading multi-department teams (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)

• Ability to run a property through metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor, flow-through, guest scores

• A builder’s mindset—SOPs, systems, structure, and clear execution

• Comfort working in a seasonal, high-leisure, outdoor-focused environment
