Experience Planning & Coordination Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and service-focused Experience Planning & Coordination Advisor to support clients with organizing and managing travel arrangements from start to finish. This role centers on communication, coordination, and accuracy to ensure each experience is planned smoothly and supported with clear documentation and updates.
In this role, you will consult with clients to gather preferences, budgets, and schedules. You will research destination options, assist with itinerary development, coordinate reservations, and confirm booking details. Maintaining organized records and providing timely updates are essential responsibilities. You will also support clients with changes or questions before, during, and after travel.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and delivering high-quality service without sales targets or quotas.
