MIG Welder / Fabricator (Structural) – Concrete Manufacturing
Mesa, AZ
Pay: $22-$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
We are hiring an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a growing concrete manufacturing/fabrication team in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on structural MIG welding and fabrication of steel components.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on structural steel components
- Fabricate and assemble steel parts using prints/specs
- Measure, cut, fit, tack, and weld materials accurately
- Operate basic fabrication tools (grinders, saws, etc.)
- Maintain weld quality and follow safety standards
- Support production and shop operations as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of MIG welding experience (required)
- Structural welding/fabrication experience (required)
- Ability to read measurements and work from basic blueprints or weld symbols
- Comfortable working in a production/shop environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
