The Opportunity

Our experienced Plumbers serve our customers throughout the Phoenix metro area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. If you want to be part of a growing team with a great culture that provides lucrative earning potential, this is the place for you!

Experienced Plumbers Compensation & Benefits

• On Target Earnings: $80,000-120,000
• Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance

Experienced Plumbers Responsibilities

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
  
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.
  
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out - keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
  
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
  
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time
  
• Build and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both leadership and peers
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team members

Experienced Plumbers Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
  
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 100 lbs. throughout the course of the workday
• 1 Year of sales experience
  

Schedule : M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. Rotating on-call shifts.
