We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and based onsite in Tempe, AZ, you'll hold overall responsibility for budgeting, tax payments and internal audit. Using commercial acumen and prior experience, you'll partner with stakeholders in Vix technology to provide support and guidance around cost and revenue analysis.

What you'll be doing in the role:

• Prepare monthly profit and loss analysis
• Month and Year end closing
• Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Collecting, analysing and processing of all timesheets, recharges and capitalisation
• Project Accounting transactions and analysis
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Back up to the Assistant Accountant as required
• Managing the accounts receivable and payable activities, including processing invoices, payments and generating sales invoices.

To be successful in this role you'd need to have:

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline (eg: Accounting, Finance, Financial Analytics)
• Strong Mathematical capability
• Significant knowledge of relevant regulatory process and practices
• Confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to understand and synthesise complex information
• Adaptability
• Industry certifications are well regarded (eg CPA, ACCA).
