Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Full-Time School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Phoenix Metro area
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in Surprise, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact helping students build essential skills for success in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to support student development and independence
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to care planning
Maintain documentation and track student progress
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
