Assistant Project Coordinator
- Track project progress and maintain status reports.
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and meeting notes.
- Maintain organized project documentation and files.
- Communicate updates between internal teams and supervisors.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support budgeting tracking and expense documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project execution.
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
