Position Overview
The Communications Agent supports internal and external communication efforts by managing inquiries and ensuring consistent messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer or public inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials
- Support marketing and promotional messaging
- Maintain communication records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous communications or customer service experience is a plus but not required
