Compensation

• Base and Commission - top performers earn 50/hour
• Top bonus checks exceed $5,000!

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers - talking with prospective clients, building relationships, establishing urgency, and generating leads for our sales teams
• Build rapport - Build trust and represent the company in the field while building strong connections with prospective customers
• Deliver strong pitches - Memorize strong word-tracks and openers in order to succeed
• Achieve targets - consistently hit goals and quotas
• Participate in daily ongoing training - constantly improving and learning new skillsets that will serve in both the current position and future ones
• Hit the ground - active role with walking and outdoor conditions
