A Truly Nolen Termite Technician inspects residential and commercial properties for termite activity, develops customized treatment plans, and installs, trenches, or drills to apply barrier, baiting, or foaming treatments. The role focuses on eliminating infestations, performing re-inspections, maintaining detailed service records, and delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of structures, including attics and crawl spaces, to identify termite species and damage.
• Treatment Application: Perform,, and install liquid soil treatments (trenching), baiting systems, or drill and foam wall voids to eliminate termites.
• Customer Education: Explain treatment findings, options, and prevention methods to homeowners to build trust and expertise.
• Documentation & Safety: Use company mobile devices to document services and strictly follow safety regulations for handling, applying, and storing pesticide products.
• Sales & Service: Identify opportunities for new services or renewals to existing customers and meet performance goals for service routes.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces) and perform labor-intensive tasks like digging or drilling.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is usually necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a focus on customer service.
