Sr. Production Manager

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Production Manager to help us build our team in Tucson, AZ. The Sr. Production Manager will play a key role in managing our Arizona operations, ensuring timely and efficient installation of products and maintaining high standards of safety. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with experience in management, Operations, logistics, and installation (**preferably from the home improvement industry).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and managing the Operations team including; Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, Plumbers and office staff.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes - Experience with WMS or ERP system highly preferred
• Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to operations (manage P&L)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements (OSHA knowledge)
• Work collaboratively with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Production Management or a related role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Inventory Management experience required, NetSuite software preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management

Compensation is $95,000 + based on experience plus a quarterly bonus.
