Server
Los Milics Vineyards is looking for a Server to join our team.
We’re all about creating a great experience for our guests — warm hospitality, good food, great wine, and service that feels personal and genuine. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm in a busy environment, and likes being part of a team that cares about the details.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and helping create a relaxed, memorable experience
- Taking food and drink orders and serving guests with care and attention
- Talking through menu items, wines, and pairings in a way that feels natural and helpful
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
- Helping keep the space clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Bringing positive energy to every shift
What we’re looking for:
- Previous server or hospitality experience is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Great with people and strong at communication
- Interested in food, wine, and hospitality
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

- Is eager to learn and jump in where needed
