This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. **Position Summary** As a **Material Handler** , you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within a warehouse or storage facility using various types of equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently and safely to support production and logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Load and unload materials using forklifts, hoists, hand trucks, or conveyors + Move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, trains, and storage areas + Follow pre-established guidelines and safety procedures + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Operate powered industrial trucks in accordance with safety standards + Report to a supervisor and work under immediate supervision **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + 2-4 years of experience in material handling or a related field + Familiarity with warehouse practices and safety procedures + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetition + Willingness to work in environments with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks + Must be able to train on **Swing Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)** for a few weeks before transitioning to 1st shift **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we connect dependable professionals with rewarding opportunities.
