Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility, for the state of Arizona
• Previous school-based experience or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
