We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our modern production and facility systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You’ll Do
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will:
- Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems
- Complete facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, fabrication, and general building repairs
- Maintain and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving integrated electro-mechanical systems
- Support the installation, deployment, and optimization of automated production lines
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and equipment uptime
What You Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in facility maintenance and industrial equipment repair
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fabrication systems
- Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex equipment issues
- Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automated systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed electromechanical training (DEP or DEC)
- Prior experience as an Electromechanical Technician
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
