Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Marana, AZ . As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information and directions

Compensation:
$15.15 hourly rate; direct experience is highly considered.
Schedule:
Thursday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm

Our Gatehouse Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as:
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
- Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
- Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
- Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safety violations.
- Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement.
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
