Your Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their financial circumstances and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate effective payment plans that are beneficial for both clients and the company.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and agreements with clients.
• Follow up consistently to ensure commitments are met and relationships are nurtured.
• Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve collective performance.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience in debt collections or a related field is a bonus, but not mandatory!
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
• A passion for helping others and resolving conflicts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
