Join our growing dental practices in Southwest Arizona, specifically Green Valley and Nogales. We are a friendly and passionate private practice that is looking for a Dentist to join our team. $700 daily minimum but our Dentist average $1200 to $1500 daily. New graduates are welcome to apply. Spanish language fluency is a plus, but not necessary as our staff are used to interpreting.

Johnson Dental (green Valley, AZ) and Sunshine Dentistry (Nogales, AZ) have both been operating for about thirty years, but both are continuing to grow their patient base on a daily basis. Currently Green Valley has two locations with four dentists operating from sixteen ops and hygiene, soon to be twenty this summer. Nogales has one FTE dentist with four four ops and two hygiene, expandable to eight, and sees an average of three to four new patients each day.

Tucson, Arizona and the surrounding rural and urban areas provide a great location to live and explore. The area is rich in history, mixed cultures and both indoor and outdoor activities to fit anyone's lifestyle. Our area boasts of over 300 sunny days per year! Yes, summers can be hot but autumn, spring and winter are mild and make great times for hiking, biking or numerous other outdoor activities. Arizona is a reciprocity state which allows U.S. licensed dentists in good standing to simply apply for an Arizona license without testing or taking additional classes. Relocation assistance can be considered for the right dentist.

Our Story:
Dr. Johnson initially started Johnson Dental in Green Valley, Arizona as a satellite office for his office in Tucson. It was only open one day per week and had two part time employees who actually rotated in from Dr. Johnson's Tucson office. In 2018 he partnered with a two individuals who brought medical and business expertise to the table and under this new leadership the office quickly expanded to five days per week, hired additional hygienists and staff and doubled in treatment rooms. This office has continued to grow exponentially each year and now employs about twenty-five people.

In 2001 we were made aware of an office in Nogales whose dentist had, unfortunately, passed away and the office was closing. The staff were losing their jobs. Our management team stepped in and took over that office, supplied another dentist and saved the staff from becoming unemployed. The Nogales office has since gone from three days per week to a full week schedule and sees over 200 patients each week.

In 2025 the Team stepped in again and took over an office whose dentist needed to retire due to health issues and saved personnel from losing employment. Again, we have expanded that office and created even more positions.

The one item that the Johnson Dental envelope of offices is most proud of is becoming an asset to the community around us. We are able to provide employment for nearly fifty people in small-town America pumping well over two million dollars back into our community each year. The second thing we love is that we have provided a work atmosphere where each person knows they are a valuable part of an employee-centric company.
