Office Manager (Bilingual) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am )

• Ensuring office runs smoothly and efficiently by overseeing administrative functions, supporting operations, and helping implement procedures and systems.
• Oversee daily office and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies
• Supervise and train staff; oversee hiring and terminations
• Manage daily administrative functions and office priorities
• Handle payroll, PTO tracking, reimbursements, and employment documents
• Assist with accounting tasks such as work order posting and purchase order processing
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Office Manager (Bilingual) Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar managerial role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
