Manufacturing & Fabrication Team Members

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing manufacturing and fabrication team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Welders
• Sandblasters
• Metal Finishers
• Press Brake Operators
• Laser Operators

Welder

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior welding experience
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Sandblaster

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces using blasting equipment.
• Remove rust, paint, coatings, and contaminants from parts.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality standards.
• Maintain blasting equipment and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with abrasive blasting equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Metal Finisher

Responsibilities

• Grind, polish, and finish metal components.
• Prepare parts for coating, painting, or final assembly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain production schedules and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal finishing is preferred.
• Ability to use grinders, sanders, and polishing tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

Press Brake Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines.
• Interpret blueprints and bending specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Make machine adjustments as required.
• Maintain equipment and production records.

Qualifications

• Previous press brake experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Laser Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Load materials and monitor cutting processes.
• Review job specifications and drawings.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laser cutting equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
