About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Employer Services Senior Associate to support plan sponsors and advisors by delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and excels at building trust through clear, humanized communication. You will work cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, provide insights, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Communication — Serve as the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Issue Resolution — Identify and resolve one‑touch tickets using available tools; escalate complex issues to management or Legal/Compliance when needed.
- Account Management — Support a book of business consisting of advisors and sponsors, ensuring servicing needs are met and administrative issues are addressed.
- Expectation Management — Help manage client expectations to prevent disconnects around processes and timelines.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to drive resolution, feedback, and satisfaction.
- Documentation — Create tickets, document interactions, and update client accounts within internal systems.
- Follow‑Up & Service Levels — Conduct timely follow‑up to maintain service excellence and adhere to internal and client-facing SLAs.
- Insights & Reporting — Share data-driven insights with product teams to support platform improvements.
- Client Engagement — Participate in scheduled client calls, provide plan updates, and host or moderate webinars to guide sponsors through registration and portal navigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in financial services customer service
- Experience with retirement accounts or wealth management
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
- Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a client-facing environment

Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in the respective time zone.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
