We are currently seeking Sr. Technical Program Manager, ADAS/AD System & Integration to join our ADAS/AD team.

Our ideal candidate exhibits a proactive, can-do attitude and approaches their work systematically with vigor, determination and accuracy. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee system & integration activities for our ADAS/AD features, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to delivery, with a hands-on approach and commitment to excellence

· Create and own system & integration plans that align with internal and external customer needs, cross team integration points, and major program milestones

· Identify and track cross team dependencies and handshake points, monitor status, help resolve issues, report, and fill the gaps

· Drive JIRA ticket resolution process, including triaging, root cause analysis, countermeasure identification, verification and implementation etc.

· Interact with and coordinate work between various hardware and software teams, product team, validation team, function safety team, and other company entities requiring inputs/outputs from the ADAS/AD system & integration team

· Ensure cross-functional alignment on feature scope and release timelines

· Facilitate system architecture documentation

· Communicate system & integration progress to overall ADAS/AD organization, other program managers and executives as required

· Plan and manage releases in conjunction with release managers and technical leads

· Own the requirement and integration test case traceability

· Support the development of ADAS/AD feature roadmap and rollout plan

Required Qualifications:

· BS or MS degree in an engineering disciple or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of experience in the automotive field with ADAS/AD features and systems or 3+ years with MS degree

· 3+ years of experience in technical program management in ADAS

· Success in leading cross-functional teams in launching ADAS/AD features into production

· An ability to lead through ambiguity and enabling teams to perform in this environment

· Expertise using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools

· Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills and an ability to explain difficult or sensitive information in an easy to understand manner

· Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems and effectively facilitate the team to a decision and coordinate the action plan.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a high-pace highly complex cross-functional environment.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to drive decisions using data and metrics 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous project management experience from an OEM or a Tier1 in ADAS/AD SW development, or feature definition and systems engineering

· Previous experience with lean-agile framework, and development and deployment process

· Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable safety standards for typical ADAS features (e.g. ASPICE, FMVSS, EuroNCAP, R79, GSR2, etc.)

· ADAS/AD experience as product manager/system engineer/software developer

· MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, or similar preferred
