P&C Claims Process Analyst
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a P&C Claims Process Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specifics plans to use that analysis to improve business performance
- Gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst must e
- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs
- Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs
- Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
- Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis
- Build reports using data tools to monitor business performance and communicate results
- Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and updating reporting metrics
- Experience gathering existing metrics and determining the best way to display those metrics, be that by developing new dashboards or updating existing dashboards
- Know how to monitor a process to understand if it's operating as intended and then build the reports to tell the story
- Able to pull data sets, display those, monitor those, and discuss the results
- Able to contribute to answer the question 'what can we do to help improve processes optimize property and casualty claims adjuster processes?'
- Excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making
- Experience in identifying and establishing key metrics and indicators
