Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Information Dissemination: Educate clients about policy details, coverage options, and any changes to their plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updating databases and systems as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to resolve customer concerns, enhancing their overall experience with our services.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback, helping to improve services and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associates or bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance is highly advantageous.
  • Licensing: While not mandatory, having relevant insurance licenses can be beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing tasks both remotely and on-site as needed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and outgoing demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
