Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring their needs are met.
- Information Dissemination: Educate clients about policy details, coverage options, and any changes to their plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updating databases and systems as required.
- Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to resolve customer concerns, enhancing their overall experience with our services.
- Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback, helping to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associates or bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance is highly advantageous.
- Licensing: While not mandatory, having relevant insurance licenses can be beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing tasks both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and outgoing demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precise handling of client information and requests.
