Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in both clinical and administrative aspects of dental assisting. What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a dental assistant excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage inventory and ordering

• Competence in tracking and coordinating lab cases

• Skilled in assisting with complex procedures such as cosmetic dentistry, implant placements, and restorations

• Strong knowledge of sterilization protocols and maintaining a sterile environment

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice

• A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude

• Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix Preferred)

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and supporting the clinical team

• Managing supply inventories and placing orders

• Coordinating and monitoring lab cases

• Preparing rooms and assisting with a variety of procedures, including advanced and cosmetic cases

• Ensuring proper sterilization processes and OSHA compliance

• Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day

• Collaborating with doctors and team members to deliver excellent patient care

Required Certifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (optional)

• Radiology Certification (required)

• CPR/BLS Certification (required)
