Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for our client in Mesa, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a premier aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision-machined components for commercial and military aircraft.

• Location: Mesa, AZ
• Pay: $28–$35+/hour DOE
• Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines independently
• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and setup sheets
• Perform test runs and adjust machines for optimal output
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
• Maintain machinery and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Proficient in geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading
• Skilled in troubleshooting setups and interpreting technical specs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required
