Billing Clerk Specialist - 4th Shift

Overview:

This job contributes to REI’s success by serving as Fulfillment Billing Clerk within the Distribution Center (DC). Of departmental operations include invoicing, gift wrapping, inserting marketing materials, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) processing, and overall packaging for the accurate and timely shipment of merchandise directly to sales consumers or retail location for pick-up. Ensures that shipments are accomplished in a way that supports the Company’s business initiatives and objectives. Responsibilities include processing all exception orders as well as packaging for outbound Direct to Consumer orders. Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission.

Friday - Monday 4:00am- 2:30pm

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• No warehouse experience necessary.

• Flexibility to work within different departments.

• Able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.

• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.

• Work efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.

Base Pay Range: $20.70 - $23.46 per hour
