Join the Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team with Spara Technologies, where innovation meets hands-on development. TEE is a multi-disciplinary organization providing advanced test solutions that support the entire missile product lifecycle—from initial engineering and verification through production and sustainment.

As part of the TEE software team , you'll design and implement robust Windows-based applications used across engineering labs, production lines, and fielded environments. You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies to build integrated software systems that support some of the most advanced weapon systems in the world.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and integrate object-oriented software applications using C# and C++ within Microsoft Visual Studio on a Windows OS platform.
• Create libraries, drivers, and tools that interface with test equipment instrumentation.
• Translate technical requirements into functional software solutions supporting engineering and production environments.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams , contributing across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and support test systems in on-site factory environments to ensure reliable operation and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience , OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience .
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, Python , or Visual Basic for software development and integration.
• Experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows Operating Systems .
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in support of test systems and hardware integration.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date.
