Customer Service Representative - Texas
MUST RESIDE IN CENTRAL TIME ZONE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. The primary goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fair and effective resolution of claims and complaints, in alignment with consumer laws.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support across sales, promotions, and installation processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints with fairness, accuracy, and professionalism
- Foster positive customer relationships by maintaining high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customer education initiatives that enhance product understanding and engagement
- Analyze customer survey feedback to identify trends and implement targeted improvement plans
- Support outside sales representatives by fulfilling service requests and facilitating order-related communications
- Manage inbound calls from a phone queue, maintaining professionalism and efficiency even during peak periods
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using ERP/CRM systems, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems for managing customer data, processing orders, and tracking communications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and order entry
- MUST HAVE SAP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, for documentation, scheduling, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a shared email inbox with accuracy and responsiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and order accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across teams and with customers
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries and order discrepancies
- High level of adaptability, collaboration, and accountability in team-oriented environments.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
