Child Watch Attendant – Burn Boot Camp Cave Creek

About the Role
Burn Boot Camp Cave Creek is looking for friendly, responsible, and caring Child Watch Attendants to create a safe and enjoyable space for children while their parents work out. You will support our members by ensuring their children feel comfortable, engaged, and well-supervised.

What You Will Do

• Supervise children ages 2 months to 12 years in a positive and patient manner
• Greet families warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Keep children entertained with simple, age-appropriate activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Comfort children who may feel upset or nervous
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized Child Watch area
• Clean toys, surfaces, and play areas regularly
• Communicate effectively and kindly with parents
• Support the front desk or trainers when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
• Patient, attentive, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous childcare, babysitting, or daycare experience preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable caring for infants and interacting with children of all ages

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position
• Morning shifts available
• Starting pay: $17 per hour , depending on experience
