Hearsay
Located in Phoenix ’ s Biltmore neighborhood, Hearsay is a hub for dining, cocktailing, socializing, entertaining, and doing business. Open Monday - Saturday.
Summary of Position:
- Execute and deliver catering breakfast and lunch orders to The Esplanade’s private conferencing rooms and offices.
- Collect and return all catering gear post-delivery.
- Support Sales Team, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef in all catering orders and needs.
- Prep and stock inventory related to catering needs.
- Harbor extensive knowledge about the catering menu.
- Assist Perks baristas and staff with stocking and packaging food and beverages.
- Maintain organization, tidiness, and cleanliness within Perks kitchen and catering equipment.
- Organize and utilize thorough food labels detailing allergies and ingredients.
- Maintain a hospitable and friendly demeanor with all guests that directly align with Episcope’s philosophies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurants, catering, or kitchens preferred.
- Detail-oriented.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Friendly and hospitable personality.
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food + urns of coffee frequently with heavy weight.
- Barista experience recommended.
