Travel Logistics Coordination Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Coordination Associate to support clients throughout the process of organizing well-structured travel arrangements. This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure each client receives accurate information and dependable assistance from planning through confirmation. The position operates in a remote-friendly environment and offers flexibility while maintaining structured workflows and team support.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel needs, schedules, and preferences. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build organized itineraries that match each client's plans. Responsibilities also include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing documentation, and maintaining clear records.
You will assist clients with updates or adjustments before, during, and after travel to ensure plans remain accurate and stress-free. This role emphasizes organization, service quality, and attention to detail rather than sales responsibilities.
