Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Establish and maintain compliant HR policies, job descriptions, and processes.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and training programs that foster a positive culture.
- Partner with global leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee compensation reviews, benefits programs, and payroll processing.
- Conduct performance and salary review cycles in line with company objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, handling employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Support broader administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to building a scalable administrative foundation as the organization grows.
- Manage company insurance programs, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto insurance, and TSMC OCIP.
- Coordinate company events such as team activities, dinners, and corporate functions.
- Provide Mandarin–English translation and interpretation, both written and verbal.
- Oversee fleet and housing management for HQ travelers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR management, with exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with data-driven HR decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, including both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Experience in compensation and benefits design, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth.
- Prior experience in a multicultural or multinational work environment.
