We are looking for motivated Production Associates to join our growing print fulfillment center in Tucson, Arizona. Whether you're a seasoned warehouse pro or looking to start a career in production, we provide the training and environment for you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Digital Printers: Learn to operate high-end printing equipment to ensure every design meets our quality standards
- Quality Control: Inspect every item (apparel, posters, stationery, etc.) for print clarity, alignment, and product defects
- Finishing & Packaging: Trimming, folding, and carefully packing orders to ensure they arrive safely at the customer's doorstep.
- Inventory Support: Keep the workspace organized and assist in restocking supplies to maintain a smooth production flow.

- Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others might miss.
- Reliability: You are dependable and show up ready to dive in with the team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Adaptability: Comfortable switching tasks as priorities change in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to follow safety guidelines and order instructions.
