Compensation:$125,500 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to understand their home-buying needs and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
- Provide clients with detailed information about each property, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for effective client engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist clients in navigating the home-buying process, offering guidance and support at every step.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and available properties.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer any questions they may have.
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey property details.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with the Tucson, AZ, real estate market and local neighborhoods is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and real estate software to manage schedules and client interactions efficiently.
