About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced licensed professionals to join our organization as a Licensed Trade Qualifier / Technical Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional who holds one or more active licenses and is interested in supporting a growing organization.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with experience and licensing in one or more of the following areas:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC / Mechanical
- General Contracting
Candidates holding multiple licenses or experience across multiple trades are highly preferred, but applicants with a single qualifying license are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and industry expertise.
- Support licensing and compliance requirements.
- Assist with technical oversight and quality standards.
- Provide professional input on trade-related matters.
- Collaborate with operations teams as needed.
- Maintain awareness of applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Active professional trade license in one or more applicable fields.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Professional experience in the construction, maintenance, or building services industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
