TX/AZ Business Development Specialist
About Us:
Pureflow Inc. is looking for a professional highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across Texas and Arizona. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes generating leads, conducting market research, networking, and establishing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking , cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging business contacts.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Negotiations: Initiate the sales process, from initial contact to negotiation of terms in order to secure profitable contracts.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, strengthening our brand presence and reputation in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and ensure a seamless workflow across departments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and industry changes to provide feedback and strategic insights that help refine strategies and guide business decisions.
- Reporting: Track and report on business developments, sales pipeline, and KPIs to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a new office setting.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-first mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working in the industry or a related sector.
