We’re looking for skilled AM Line Cooks to join our Scottsdale opening team and help deliver a top-tier guest experience from day one.

About the Role
As an AM Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to exacting standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, speed, and quality in every dish served during brunch and lunch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes according to company recipes and standards
• Handle guest allergy or dietary modifications with accuracy and care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and shared kitchen areas
• Set up and break down your station daily, including mise en place and stocking
• Follow FIFO and food safety guidelines for all prep and storage
• Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house team
• Report any equipment damage or issues to management promptly
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and team trainings as required
• Participate in maintaining a positive and team-oriented kitchen culture

Requirements

• Prior line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen strongly preferred
• Ability to read and execute orders from the POS system or expeditor
• Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around heat and cleaning chemicals
• Strong sense of urgency, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Must be available for early morning shifts , including weekends and holidays
