Studio Photographer/CSR

We're in search of a talented Studio Photographer/Customer Service Associate to join our Chandler, AZ satellite studio. At our studio, we specialize in high school senior portraits and cater to customer inquiries, guiding seniors and families through the photography process. This part-time position offers an opportunity to become a vital part of our team.

TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION WILL START AT OUR GLENDALE STUDIO 51ST AVE AND THE LOOP 101.

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in studio photography, focusing on high school seniors or family portraits.
• Ability to commute to our Chandler, AZ studio located at Pecos & McQueen crossroads.
• Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, updating customer data, facilitating image selection and viewing, photographing clients and efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Availability required on Mondays and Saturdays, with occasional weekday shifts as needed.
• Prompt response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in various computer applications including Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $18+ based on current skill, experience, and initial training period.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proficiency in camera settings and lighting setups.
• Capture high-quality images of high school seniors and families in our studio.
• Strong understanding of color, framing, posing, and lighting techniques.
• Engage and connect with clients, delivering top-notch photography services and exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Grads Photography began in 2000. Utilizing digital photography and an in-house lab, we have expanded into the elementary and high school picture market with tremendous growth due to superior service and quality products. We currently service over 140 schools with Portraits and yearbooks.
